CANCELLATION POLICY

Rentals: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a hourly or single day reservation. There is a $15 administrative fee per item for less than 24 hours’ notice. Multi Day Rentals require 72 hours’ notice for cancellation. Less than 72 hours will incur a 25% administrative fee. We do want to be as accommodating as possible. So if something pops up last minute call us at 250-591-3021 and we will see what can be done.

Tours, Lessons: We As we book guides and instructors well in advance we require 7 days’ notice to cancel your reservation so that we can give you a full refund.
