CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your Multi-Day Kayak Rental, we require pre-payment in full. We highly recommend booking months in advance, especially for rentals during our peak season (May - September).
We require 30 days notice to cancel a reservation and process a full refund. ​We strive to be as accommodating as possible, so if something pops up last minute, please call us at 250-591-3021 and we do our best to accomodate.
