PICK UP/RETURN
We are partnered with MEC Nanaimo to make your experience as smooth as possible. All rentals can be picked up from/returned to MEC between 9AM-11AM or 4PM-6PM Mon-Sun. Please check in with the MEC front desk and they will direct you to the pick up/return area. If you require pickup or drop off outside of these hours, please contact us at 250-591-3021. An additional $40 charge will be applied to pickup/return outside of the posted hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your Multi-Day Kayak Rental, we require pre-payment in full. We highly recommend booking months in advance, especially for rentals during our peak season (May - September).
We require 30 days notice to cancel a reservation and process a full refund. We strive to be as accommodating as possible, so if something pops up last minute, please call us at 250-591-3021
