Rentals: 24 hours notice is required to cancel a single day reservation. There is a $15 administrative fee per item for less than 24 hours’ notice. Multi Day Rentals require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Less than 72 hours will incur a 25% administrative fee. We do want to be as accommodating as possible. So if something pops up last minute call us at 250-591-3021 and we will see what can be done.

Guided Tours, Instructional Tours, and Lessons: We book guides and instructors well in advance, and so we require 7 days notice to cancel your reservation.
